NO.35A – IPA
This IPA uses 2 malt variants providing high sugars for alcohol conversion. Pale and dark crystal malts giving it a more roast feel and darker hue. To achieve a higher bitterness, we used Warrior and Centennial hops and complimented it with Cardamom pods during dry hopping. Giving ART No. 35A that very distinct Indian characteristic. IPAs always do best with spicy food. The spicier the better Complimented with an IPA.
