It is the first single estate craft rum that is 100% made in the Philippines from the sugarcane grown in Tarlac to the distillation, maturation and bottling at the Luisita Estate. For this current entry into the series, we aged our sugarcane spirit in ex-bourbon barrels that gives it luscious flavours like oak, vanilla, coconut, nutmeg, and toffee. But not every barrel is the same — some may have more wood influence while others a more prominent fruity note. It is always exciting to see how these flavours marry and develop, and on some occasions we find the exceptional ones, the ones that stand out from the rest.

Barrel 2209
Chestnut gold in colour with the sweet aroma and flavour of flambéed bananas marrying on the palate with delicious hints of cocoa and toffee, which gives a rich and smooth character to this unique cask that we call the “Candy Barrel”. It is delightfully indulgent with a natural sweetness that lingers, without overwhelming, through to the very finish.
Barrel 2066
On the nose, this chestnut golden rum exudes a light smoke to reveal a subtle fruitiness. It has a smooth creamy mouthfeel akin to the richness of butterscotch and sweetness of raisins overlayed with distinctive wood notes. An aromatic combination of warm spices like peppercorn and nutmeg, will surprise you with an explosion of flavours leading to a long finish.

Barrel 2209: more even keeled, with this expression leaning more toward vanilla notes. Recommended for those who enjoy bourbon on the rocks.
Barrel 2066: a punchier, more pronounced pepper flavors can be found in this expression. Recommended for those who appreciate barrel strength whisky.
