Bread Bitter Ale | 7% ABV | 55 IBU
7,000 years ago, in Babylon, people were drinking a fermented brew. We also decided to embark on a project of circular economy, using unsold fresh bread. Replacing 20% of the malt with the fresh bread gives the beer a pleasant toffee / toasty touch. Solidly dry-hopped, she has a high bitterness.
